PASAR proudly celebrated one of the most eagerly anticipated events this year – the “2023 Rewards and Recognition Awards Ceremony”.  The annual event is to honour its employees for their unwavering commitment to service excellence, tireless efforts, and for their invaluable contributions that made PASAR what it is today as an organization.  A total of 189 Service Excellence Awardees were recognized, commemorating 10, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of dedicated service to PASAR.

In addition to acknowledging the service awardees’ contributions, the Rewards and Recognition Annual Awards also paid tribute to exemplary performance of employees in various categories. These include Team of the Year, Skillsman of the Year, Leadership of the Year, Employee of the Year, Support Star of the Year, and Safety Vanguard of the Year.

Ramil Vinculado Jr exhibited excellent leadership in staff housing and received multiple Quarterly Recognition awards.

Employee of the Year – Richard A. Marquez
Richard A. Marquez led the WANP team, ensuring effluent compliance, contributing to the increased storage capacity of the BK15 primary cake storage facility, and providing valuable assistance during the 3-day shutdown of Acid Plant 1.

Support Star of the Year – Fatima B. Olacao
