Community Relations

As part of our corporate social responsibility, we also value our company’s relations to the community.

We are committed in strengthening the social and economic development of the community in Isabel, Leyte. 

With a workforce of 1, 400 people, we are the biggest employer in the municipality of Isabel. 

Our company has been an instrument in the rapid development of infrastructure, health, communications, electricity, water, and educational services in Leyte.

Our operations have also encouraged the establishment and growth of ancillary service businesses around the plant.

In valuing our community relations,  we provide programs to the people around our plant that includes medical outreach programs and sponsors livelihood, health care, public services, cultural, sports and educational activities.

Slowly, we want to implement our expertise in order to help the community. We are currently active in the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council and soon we want to make other activities using our employee’s skills to help the community.

Currently, we have an ongoing baseline economic study on the 15 barangays in Isabel. With the data that we will soon gather, we will have more information as to how to help the community. This is to ensure that we will match our help with the needs of every barangays in Isabel.

In order to help our community, we will create other activities in the future to raise more funds.
