PASAR Trades Training
The PASAR Tradesman Training Program (PTTP), through the PASAR Foundation Inc. (PFI), is an intensive three-year program consisting of classroom sessions, hands-on training at workshops, and onsite on-the job skills development. Open to all qualified Senior High School graduates who are willing to undergo the three-year program. Apprentices who successfully complete the program will join our highly skilled workforce.

The PASAR Graduate Program (PGP) is a talent pipeline initiative designed to create a sustainable pipeline of young and aspiring professionals, equipped to fill professional-technical roles within the organization.
The program serves as a strategic platform for grooming potential future leaders and injecting innovative perspectives into the organization.
Spanning one year, the program integrates both classroom and workplace training, ensuring a continuum of growth and advancement.
